My name is Shana. I am 32 years old, have had a few children, and my diet had consisted of the typical American diet. Loads of Carbs, Sugary drinks, basically, my diet was total chaos. There was no Rhyme or reason to how I was eating or how I was getting exercise, I basically just lived completely in the moment with my diet and weight. And where I ended up was overweight and unhappy.

This blog is another way I am taking control of my diet and life. No longer going to be okay with the mediocre ho-hum life. I am going to turn it into something extraordinary, and it starts with ME. Hopefully, when I start to see some good results I will be given the confidence I need to start tackling the bigger challenges in life. *Changing your diet, I have come to realize is quite a big challenge*

So far, I have been able to lose 20 pounds! I am halfway to my goal weight. I know the road ahead of me wont be an easy one, and that’s perfectly fine. Nothing in life really worth a damn comes easy! You earn your body, and that’s exactly what I plan on doing.

  1. Isn’t it amazing how much of our diets are comprised of sugary drinks and carb laden foods? I know that if I slip up and have one of those food items, I feel like crap the next day. Keto makes me feel more energized and I have the added benefit of knowing what I’m putting into my body is healthy. I look forward to following your success on your journey!
